The imprisoned veteran of the Karabakh war, Volodya Avetisyan, has come forward with a statement in which he condemned attacking of the war veterans, Suren Sargsyan, Razmik Petrosyan and Manvel Egiazaryan as well as a member of the Preparliament, Gevorg Safaryan. Avetisyan blamed the Armenian authorities for the incidents.
