The construction of the multi-storey building in Komitas Street has been suspended. Tigran Khzmalyan, well-known filmmaker, member of the Preparliament civil initiative, has told ArmInfo that on Monday morning the workers made an attempt to puddle concrete, however, they were given the goose by the local residents and eventually left the construction site.
