According to the strategic investment programme of the CJSC Electric Networks of Armenia, extra investments in the energy system of Armenia for 2014-2018 will amount to 40 billion drams ($98 mln), Director General of the company, Yevgeniy Bibin, said during the meeting with vice-premier, Minister for Territorial Administration, Armen Gevorkyan, press-service of the Ministry reported.
The current technical state and the quality of services will be improved as a result of fulfillment of the above mentioned programme. The investment programme should be approved by the State Services Regulatory Commission.
During the meeting they discussed the issues linked with raising of the quality of services rendered by the company. Armen Gevorkyan said that since raising of tariffs for electric power, the regions have been waiting for raising of the quality of services and resolving of the available problems. They came to the conclusion that the company jointly with local government will resolve the priority tasks in the regions.
