All the sides on Karabakh conflict settlement perfectly understand that the issue is not that simple, particularly considering the position of Azerbaijan  which practically does not aim at peaceful settlement of the  conflict, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan on  November 23 stated after the session of the Government, commenting  the words of Russian Foreign Minister that it is not worth expecting  fast settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. " Baku tries to keep  status quo in every possible way" Shavarsh Kocharyan stated.
