ArmInfo. The statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Pavel Klimkin, on the Karabakh issue contradicts the position of the OSCE Minsk Group and other international structures, and it is unacceptable. On  April 24, after laying flowers at the Tsitsernakaberd memorial to the  victims of the Armenian Genocide, Chief of the General Staff of the  Armenian Armed Forces Movses Hakobyan stated, commenting on the  appointment of Yuri Khachaturov to the post of Secretary General of  the CSTO.
