ArmInfo. The final pre-election rally of the Civil Contract party, featuring its  candidate for Prime Minister, Nikol Pashinyan, has commenced at  Republic Square in Yerevan.

ArmInfo. To ensure the legality and transparency of the electoral process, as well as to  maintain public order during the parliamentary elections in Armenia  on June 7, units of the Republic's Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA)  will be on duty around the clock.  The Ministry's press service  informed ArmInfo that the 87-67 and 84-22 hotlines will be active  during this period. 

ArmInfo.  The pro-Western Republic Party, led by Aram Sargsyan, has submitted an official application to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) demanding the annulment of the registration of Samvel Karapetyan's "Strong Armenia" bloc for the  country's upcoming parliamentary elections on June 7.

ArmInfo.  According to a report on an alleged crime received by the RA Investigative Committee on June 5, 2026, Vardan Ghukasyan, head of the Gyumri community in  the Shirak region, acting in conspiracy with other individuals,  carried out preparatory actions in 2025 aimed at seizing power in the  Republic of Armenia by means not provided for by the Constitution.  However, due to circumstances beyond their control, they were unable  to carry out the crime. This was reported by the Investigative  Committee.

ArmInfo.  According to  NA press service, on June 5, Hayk Mamijanyan, head of the "With  Honor" faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, met with  a delegation of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly observation  mission. 

ArmInfo.During the campaign ahead of the parliamentary elections in Armenia, the "Fair Vote" (Ardar Qve) observation mission has  recorded 382 violations,  as stated by the mission director, Sonya Hambardzumyan, during a press conference on June 5, citing the organization's interim report.  

ArmInfo.The revolutionary programs of Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the "Strong Armenia" bloc, will put an end to extreme poverty in the country and resolve an issue that has remained unaddressed for decades, as stated by  Marianna Ghahramanyan, spokesperson for the "Strong Armenia" party, on her Facebook page.

ArmInfo. In Armenia, only about a third of respondents plan to vote for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's ruling Civil Contract party in the country's  parliamentary elections, scheduled for June 7. This is according to data from the "Wrong Blue" (Ne Pravilny Siniy) poll conducted by the MPG consulting company.

ArmInfo. Large-scale arrests have been taking place in Armenia since early this morning, in response to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement last night. This was stated by Bright Armenia Party leader Edmon Marukyan during a rally in front of the National Assembly on June 5.

Kocharyan, who leads the opposition "Armenia" alliance,  claimed the government is attempting to replicate its 2018 tactics by  actively sowing public discord and hatred.
