the Republic of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, and the Minister of
Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Aida Balayeva. A memorial
plaque in honor of Abai Kunanbayev, a renowned Kazakh poet,
representative of the educational movement, prominent figure in
literature and philosophy and founder of Kazakh literature, was
