"AMinHRC was humbled to join today's Commemoration of the  International Day of Reflection on the 1994 Genocide against the  Tutsi in Rwanda at the Palais des Nations. We honour the victims,  stand in solidarity with the survivors and the people of Rwanda and  reaffirm our shared commitment to truth, remembrance and the  prevention of genocide. Kwibuka32 Genocide Prevention," the official  message reads.
