MP Vladimir Vardanyan`s powers terminated

ArmInfo.  On March 26, RA National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan signed a protocol declaring the powers of MP Vladimir Vardanyan terminated.

"Based on the MP's resignation and in accordance with the  requirements of Article 154, Part 1, Clause 6, and Article 155, Part  2, Clause 2 of the Constitutional Law "On the Rules of Procedure of  the National Assembly," the powers of MP Vladimir Vardanyan, elected  from the national electoral list of the Civil Contract party, are  deemed terminated," the protocol signed by the speaker states.

As a reminder, Vladimir Vardanyan was elected as a judge of the  Constitutional Court with 67 votes in favor. He took the oath of  office in parliament today.
