Armenian ambassador to Romania speaks about Yerevan`s achievements in  high technology and innovation

ArmInfo. Armenian Ambassador to Romania Tigran Galstyan participated in a panel discussion titled "Science Diplomacy, Research, and International Cooperation in Dual-Use Technologies" at the 5th International Conference on Cyber Diplomacy.

According to the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Romania,  the discussion focused on science and innovation diplomacy,  international cooperation in the exchange of dual-use technologies,  and their impact on national security interests.

In his speech, Galstyan touched upon the topic of international  partnerships and the Republic of Armenia's achievements in high  technology and innovation, emphasizing the key role of diplomacy in  building the necessary mutual trust and technology exchange between  partner countries.

The panel discussion was also attended by Clara Vulintiru, State  Secretary of the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the  ambassadors of Israel, Greece, and Morocco to Romania,  representatives of the academic community, and experts.
