Indian Foreign Minister thanks Armenia for facilitating  evacuation  of over 500 Indian citizens from Iran

ArmInfo.Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar has expressed gratitude to Armenia for its assistance in evacuating Indian citizens from Iran.

"Thank the government and the people of Armenia for facilitating the  safe evacuation of over 550 Indian citizens from Iran so far. We  highly appreciate their support during these challenging times," the  Indian Foreign Minister wrote on X.

Earlier, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said that since the outbreak  of the war in Iran on February 28, citizens from approximately 50  countries have been evacuated through Armenia.
