Armenian Foreign Ministry responds to  Israeli and US strikes on  Iran

ArmInfo. The Armenian Foreign Ministry has responded to the Israeli and US strikes on Iran. The Ministry's statement notes that Yerevan is closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East.

"We urge the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who are in Iran and  Israel to observe safety regulations and follow the official  instructions.  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of  Armenia will continue to monitor the situation and, if necessary,  will provide updated information.  Hotline of the Embassy of the  Republic of Armenia in Iran: +98 902 0059927. It was previously reported that Israel had attacked Iran, targeting   government buildings in Tehran.  According to unconfirmed reports,  Iranian Army Commander-in-Chief Amir Khatami was killed in Israeli  strikes.
