Azerbaijani president`s security guards beat Azerbaijani protesters  in Washington

ArmInfo. Security guards for Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev beat protesters in Washington.

A group of Azerbaijanis gathered outside the hotel where Aliyev's  delegation was staying to express their disagreement with the  policies pursued by Azerbaijan's long-time leader.  Footage of  Aliyev's security guards beating the demonstrators was shared on the  opposition newspaper Azadliq on its Facebook page. The video quickly  went viral.

It's worth noting that this isn't the first such incident. In May  2017, during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to  Washington, his security guards beat demonstrators protesting against  Erdogan's policies. Nine people were injured.
