Catholicos of All Armenians receives international lawyer Robert  Amsterdam

ArmInfo.  Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II received the renowned American-Canadian international lawyer, Robert Amsterdam, at the Mother See of Etchmiadzin.

According to the press office of the Mother See of Etchmiadzin,  during the meeting, Karekin II and Amsterdam discussed the legal  proceedings against the detained clergy and Samvel Karapetyan,   Russian- Armenian businessman  and head of the Tashir Group of  Companies. The interlocutors also touched upon human rights issues,  emphasizing the importance of upholding justice and the rule of law.
