ArmInfo. Armenia and the United States have made significant progress in their military and defense partnership. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on February 9 in Yerevan during a joint press statement with US Vice President J.D. Vance.
"As part of our long-standing security cooperation and the three-year Eagle Partner exercises, Armenia has acquired V-BAT unmanned aerial vehicles from the United States. Their effectiveness has been proven by extensive operational experience and will significantly strengthen our defense capabilities. I expressed hope that this transaction, carried out under the US Foreign Military Sales program, will serve as the basis for further expansion of cooperation," Pashinyan noted.
