ArmInfo.  Armenia is becoming a tool directed  against three geopolitical centers simultaneously: Russia, China, and Iran, as stated by Vahe Davtyan, a political scientist and energy security expert,  on his Facebook  page.

According to him, the joint statement on TRIPP has finalized this  status. "Thus, Armenia is becoming a tool directed  against three  geopolitical centers simultaneously: Russia, China, and Iran. Of  course, this will be presented as a great progress in sovereignty.  However, in practice, TRIPP will turn Armenia into a hotbed of  instability, and in certain scenarios-a legitimate target," the  expert noted, pointing to today's statement by the Iranian  Ambassador. In Tehran, a perception is forming that Armenia is  becoming a "center" for activities by forces hostile to Iran.

The key word here is "center." At the local level, TRIPP will lead to  the demilitarization of Syunik and the establishment of a free  economic zone there. This, in turn, will facilitate  Turkish-Azerbaijani economic, and subsequently cultural,  geopolitical, and territorial expansion. On a larger scale, the TRIPP  contributes to the "anaconda method" against Iran, which, alongside  with the Ben-Gurion Canal and David Corridor projects, fits perfectly  into Israel's anti-Iran strategy," Vahe Davtyan emphasized.
