Freedom of Information Center releases `Blacklist` of agencies and  individuals violating citizens` constitutional right to information

ArmInfo.  The Freedom of Information Center has published its annual "Black List" for 2025, listing agencies and officials that violated the constitutional right of citizens or organizations to receive information over the past  year by providing unfounded or incomplete responses, unlawful  refusals, or leaving requests for information unanswered.

The list includes: Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen  Simonyan, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Minister of  Health Anahit Avanesyan, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Foreign  Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, Head  of the Personal Data Protection Agency Grigor Nersisyan, Yerevan  Mayor Tigran Avinyan, Head of the Alaverdi community David Gumashyan,  Acting Head of the Vanadzor community Arkady Peleshyan, Head of the  Artashat community Karlen Mkrtchyan, Head of the enlarged Vedi  community Garik Sargsyan, Chairman of the Board of the Civil Contract  party Nikol Pashinyan, and President of the American University of  Armenia Foundation Dr. Bruce Poghosyan.
