


ArmInfo. There have been no casualties among the Armenian community as a result of clashes between Syrian government forces and Kurdish-led forces in Aleppo, according to the community newspaper Gandzasar.
It is noted that the clashes in Aleppo intensified at the hour declared by the Syrian army.
"A curfew was imposed in the Sheikh Maqsood and Ashrafieh districts. Gunfire is currently exchanged, and explosions are being heard.
During the clashes that occurred last night, Armenian apartments in the Meikh Laha and Villas districts were damaged, but there were no casualties," the source writes.
Earlier, clashes were reported between Syrian government forces and Kurdish-led forces in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo. According to media reports, at least seven people, mostly civilians, were killed in the clashes. The Armenian community organization called on its compatriots not to leave their homes unless absolutely necessary.
