


ArmInfo. As of January 8, 4,066 families have received housing certificates under the state program to support families forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
According to the source, 1,768 families have already used the certificates. This program is implemented in the form of one of the following types of support: issuing a certificate for the purchase of an apartment or individual residential building, issuing a certificate for the construction of an individual residential building, or assistance in repaying an existing mortgage. Under the program, each family member receives support in the amount of 3 to 5 million drams.
Participants in the event are families who were displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh after September 27, 2020, hold citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, do not own real estate, and are not recipients of state support under programs to provide affordable housing to families displaced from certain regions of Nagorno-Karabakh or to provide housing to families in border settlements.
