Artsakh Parliament speaker David Ishkhanyan celebrates his birthday  anniversary

ArmInfo.  Today, Artsakh Parliament Speaker David Ishkhanyan, who has been in Azerbaijani captivity since late September 2023, celebrates his birthday. He  turns 67.

This is the third birthday Ishkhanyan is celebrating in a Baku  prison.

For over two years, Azerbaijan has held military and political  leaders of Artsakh hostage, including the Speaker of the Artsakh  Parliament, ARF Bureau member, and longtime ARF representative in  Artsakh, David Ishkhanyan, as part of a fabricated trial.
