Coordinator of  "In Our Way" movement urges RA Prime Minister to  refrain from provocations at  Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

ArmInfo. "Don't give gifts to our enemies and don't send bishops to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin." Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the "In Our Way"  movement, made this appeal in his video address to RA Prime Minister  Nikol Pashinyan.

"When sending bishops to Etchmiadzin, don't send plainclothes police  officers there, don't provoke conflicts and confrontation among the  people, don't divide our nation," Narek Karapetyan stated. He added  that representatives of the "In Your Own Way" movement will be  present at the Mother See of Etchmiadzin standing with the faithful,  to ensure that the day, which some want "to turn into a day of  shame," becomes a day of unity instead.

Recall that the day before, a group of bishops issued a statement  announcing their intention to gather at the Mother See of  Etchmiadzin, where an event aimed at removing Catholicos of All  Armenians Karekin II will begin on December 18 at 5:00 PM.
