On December 4, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas within the framework of the 32nd meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) held in Vienna, APA reports citing MFA press service.
The other side was informed about regional security issues, post-conflict realities in the South Caucasus region, the activities carried out by Azerbaijan to ensure lasting peace and stability, and the latest developments and expectations regarding the peace agenda pursued by our country.

The sides reviewed the Azerbaijan-EU cooperation agenda, welcomed the positive momentum in high-level contacts and discussed expanding collaboration on energy security, transport and connectivity, trade and green transition. Minister Jeyhun Bayramov also briefed his counterpart on regional developments & Azerbaijan's efforts to promote lasting peace & stability in the South Caucasus.
