Artsakh was, is, and will be - Ruben Vardanyan 

ArmInfo.  A telephone conversation took place between Ruben Vardanyan, former state  minister of Artsakh and philanthropist currently held in Azerbaijani  captivity, and his eldest son, David Vardanyan.

During the conversation, Vardanyan asked Vardanyan to share three  thoughts: "Artsakh was, is, and will be. Believe in yourself-as a  part of God, in goodness and in light. A true hero is one who can  ignite hope where there is none; who becomes a support for others  when they have lost faith."

As a reminder, Vardanyan and seven other former and current Artsakh  officials have been held in Azerbaijani captivity since late  September 2023, in violation of all international law. The  international community ignores the fact that Artsakh officials are  in Azerbaijani captivity.
