Pashinyan welcomes  bishops` statement condemning Catholicos

ArmInfo.  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan welcomed the statement issued by the bishops of the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC) condemning the actions  of Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin B in connection with the video  of Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan that  circulated online. He made  this statement during a briefing  on November 27.

According to him, this statement demonstrates that the Armenian  Apostolic Church has clergy members who  zealously carry out its  spiritual mission. "If the spiritual fathers agree, I will invite  them to a meeting today  to better understand their position and  approaches," the Prime Minister said, noting that his position has  remained unchanged.
