Anti-Corruption Court of Appeals rejects complain to release Gyumri  Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan from custody

ArmInfo. The Anti-Corruption Court of Appeals has rejected the complain to release Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan from custody. Lawyer Aramayis  Hayrapetyan told Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Armenian Service.

Prosecutors presented 21 pages of justification and evidence  regarding Ghukasyan's detention in the penitentiary and his health.   Recall, Vardan Ghukasyan was arrested and then remanded in custody on  charges of bribery.
