ARF to hold action in defense of political prisoners 

ArmInfo.  On November 20, at 3:00 PM, a rally in defense of all political prisoners will be held in front of the Armenian Prosecutor's Office. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a representative of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF Dashnaktsutyun) party and a member of the RA National Assembly, announced this on his Facebook page.

"There are already more than three dozen political prisoners in  Armenia. This government has illegally arrested clergy,  philanthropists, members of the National Assembly, elected community  leaders, political and public figures, bloggers, parents and  relatives of fallen service members, including female political  prisoners, on false charges and fabricated criminal cases. All these  people are in prison today only because they disagree with the  situation in the country, oppose the anti-Armenian policies of this  government, and in this sense, have expressed their views and are  fighting against them," the MP noted.
