ArmInfo. Armenia expresses its concern over developments in the Baku court, as stated by Artur Hovhannisyan, Secretary of the ruling Civil Contract Party faction in the National Assembly, during a briefing on November 14.
He expressed hope that this issue would be resolved within the framework of the peace process between the two countries. The MP emphasized the importance of creating favorable conditions for the return of all Armenians detained in Baku. Efforts to address this issue are currently ongoing on a daily basis, as resolving this issue is a priority for the Armenian side. "We hope that the upcoming developments in the peace process will facilitate the resolution of this issue," the ruling party representative said. He also raised concerns about statements coming from Baku, which have nothing to do with the peace process. Hovhannisyan also expressed hope that these concerns will be allayed as relations normalize, leading to a more active phase in the process and ultimately enabling the return of compatriots.
