EU officially hands  visa liberalization action plan to Armenia

ArmInfo.  Johannes Luchner, Deputy Director-General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission, officially handed  the visa liberalization action plan to Arpine Sargsyan, Minister of the Interior of Armenia, as reported  by the government press service.

The official handover ceremony took place in the presence of  Armenia's Deputy Speaker Mher Grigoryan.  He reaffirmed the country's  commitment to ensuring the full and effective implementation of the  action plan and presented the reforms already implemented and planned  in this area. In turn, the Deputy Director- General of the European  Commission for Migration and Home Affairs welcomed the government's  efforts and emphasized that Armenia has completed this process faster  than any other country.
