Peace impossible with Azerbaijan`s new territorial claims against  Armenia - ex-president 

ArmInfo.  Third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan believes peace is impossible given Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's new territorial claims against Armenia. He stated this in a conversation with journalists outside the  Anti-Corruption Court before the start of the hearing in his case.

"I don't see peace in this, I simply don't see it," Sargsyan  emphasized.

As a reminder, days earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev  stated that the return of Azerbaijanis to what is now Armenia should  not frighten the Armenian people or the Armenian state. However,  Aliyev made no mention of the possibility of Armenians returning to  Azerbaijan. Moreover, Aliyev once again asserted that Armenia's  sovereign and historical territories belong to Azerbaijan. According  to him, there is no Lake Sevan, only "Lake Goychey."
