ArmInfo. During the plenary session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 24, Armen Ktoyan has been elected as a member of the Central Bank Board of Armenia. According to Narek Babayan, head of the NA Counting Commission, 65 parliamentarians out of 107 participated in the secret ballot.
Ktoyan's candidacy was unanimously supported by all 65 participating members of parliament. Note that the opposition chose not to participate in the vote.
