ArmInfo.  Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has made several personnel appointments within the country's armed forces.

According to the Armenian presidential website, by decree of  Khachaturyan, Colonel Gevorg Mkheyan has been appointed as the  Republican Military Commissar, Colonel Gegham Martirosyan has been  appointed as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the Special  Army Corps, and Colonel Artsvik Grigoryan has been appointed as the  Deputy Commander of the Special Army Corps.
