ArmInfo.The activities of the Armenian Spiritual Revival Foundation are a logical continuation of humanitarian support programs, whose goal is to take the next step where people move from survival to healing and strengthening.
This was stated by Noubar Afeyan, founder of the Armenian Spiritual Revival Foundation and an American entrepreneur of Armenian descent, during a working discussion entitled "Healing the Future: A Spiritual-Psychological Method in Practice," according to a report received by ArmInfo.
The discussions focused on a new approach to spiritual-psychological rehabilitation and took place as part of the 10th International Scientific Conference "Current Issues in Theoretical and Applied Psychology." This approach was developed in collaboration with leading Armenian and international experts. It integrates psychology, history, culture, and spiritual values, and aims to restore the individual consequences of collective trauma.
According to Noubar Afeyan, the roots of this program are rooted in his other successful projects, including the Aurora Humanitarian Initiative, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
During the event, the Foundation's mission and programmatic focus were presented to those present. Opportunities for expanding collaboration and influence were also discussed, taking into account the priorities of the Armenian government, the Foundation's global programs, and the opinions of the scholars and experts present.
The Armenian Spiritual Restoration Foundation was established in the summer of 2022 by American- Armenian philanthropist Noubar Afeyan and with the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. To date, the Foundation's programs have trained over 100 specialists, and approximately 4,000 adults and children have received spiritual and psychological support. According to the source, the Foundation's projects are implemented with the support of the Afeyan Initiative for Armenia (AIFA) and the Afeyan family.
