Armenia`s premier on advantages of Fourth Republic 

ArmInfo."The Third Republic was founded on the logic of conflict, and we are creating the Fourth Republic, based on the logic of peace," Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan noted in a video address on social media.

Furthermore, he noted, it is highly doubtful that the Constitution  adopted during the Third Republic is based on the will of the people,  and there should be no such doubts regarding the Fourth Republic.

"In the Third Republic, the fact that power belongs to the people is  relative and formal. Meanwhile, in the Fourth Republic, this will be  a clear and indisputable principle," he said.

Finally, Pashinyan emphasized: "The Third Republic was about finding  a homeland, a homeland of dreams, while the Fourth Republic is about  the Republic of Armenia being the homeland of our dreams and there is  no need to search for a homeland," he concluded. As a reminder,  earlier, at the 7th Congress of the ruling Civil Contract Party,  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the creation of a  "Fourth Republic" of Armenia is the ruling party's immediate  strategic goal if re-elected in the 2026 parliamentary elections.   According to him, if the ruling party receives the popular vote in  the 2026 parliamentary elections, it intends to initiate the process  of adopting a new Constitution of Armenia through a national  referendum.
