
ArmInfo.On the sidelines of the Warsaw Security Forum, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a series of bilateral meetings.
According to the RA Foreign Ministry's press service, during the meeting with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Sekerinska, the sides discussed opportunities to expand the partnership between Armenia and NATO. The two sides emphasized their interest in developing a more ambitious agenda. They commended the recent visit of NATO member state ambassadors to Yerevan, as well as Armenia's participation in NATO peacekeeping missions.
Focusing on regional developments, the two sides exchanged views on the importance of the Washington Accords in establishing peace and the implementation of the "Trump Path to International Peace and Prosperity" communications program.
On September 29, in Warsaw, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Foreign Minister of Lithuanian Kestutis Budrys.
The interlocutors discussed new opportunities for deepening the partnership between Armenia and Lithuania, in line with the dynamics of bilateral political dialogue and the friendship built on shared values.
Minister Mirzoyan expressed gratitude to Lithuania for its support of Armenia's democratic agenda, strengthening resilience, and deepening cooperation with the EU. The upcoming interactions and existing mechanisms for promoting sectoral cooperation with the EU were touched upon.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Kestutis Budrys exchanged views on regional developments. The Lithuanian minister welcomed the agreements reached in Washington on August 8, including the initialing of the Peace Agreement. The Foreign Minister of Armenia emphasized the opportunities provided by enhanced regional connectivity through the opening of communications under agreed fundamental principles.
