Documentary installation `They say we have to leave` on forcible  displacement on Artsakh Armenians to be demonstrated in Armenia 

ArmInfo. Armenian-Swiss director Varsy Buchmann will present her documentary installation "They Say We Have to Leave" in Armenia, commemorating the forced  expulsion and ethnic cleansing in Artsakh in September 2023.

The three-part installation was created between 2023 and 2025 in  collaboration with the Swiss company Point de Vue and reflects the  tragic reality of the forced displacement of more than 120,000 ethnic  Armenians.

"I feel an overwhelming need to tell this silenced story, to make the  voices of the internally displaced people audible. The support and  compassion of every visitor to the installation will help us all  overcome collective trauma," the director noted.

According to a statement from the exhibition organizers, the  installation consists of three parts and contains genuine evidence of  the war. The exhibition format allows visitors to engage, experience  the stories, and immerse themselves in each experience.

The screenings will take place on September 27 and 28 at the Latitude  Art Space (7 Ashtarak Highway) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Admission is  free.
