


ArmInfo. The State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia will go on tour to France and the USA in the fall with a concert program called Musical Fireworks.
As part of the tour, the orchestra will perform works by Armenian composers. According to the press service of the National Center for Chamber Music, the tour will open with a concert in Yerevan on September 16, during which works by Lazar Saryan, Alexander Harutyunyan, Aram Khachaturian, Charles Aznavour, Vahagn Kotoyan, Konstantin Petrosyan and Edgar Hovhannisyan will be performed.
The concert will take place in Paris on September 25, in Seattle on September 28, in Las Vegas on September 29, in Los Angeles on October 2, in New York on October 4, and in Boston on October 5.
The tour will feature new arrangements of masterpieces by Komitas, Aram Khachaturian, Robert Amirkhanyan, Tigran Mansuryan, and Charles Aznavour conducted by maestro Sipan Olah.
The tour will be supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia.
