ArmInfo. On September 12, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Minister Mirzoyan received Serdar K?l?c, the Special Representative of Turkiye in the Armenia-Turkiye normalization process, as reported by the press service of the MFA of Armenia.
Recall that the Secial Representative of Turkey arrived in Armenia today, September 12. At the Margara checkpoint on the Armenian-Turkish border, Serdar Kilic was met by the Special Representative for the normalization of relations with Turkey, Ruben Rubinyan. It was noted that the purpose of his visit was to launch the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Today was the sixth meeting between Rubinyan and Kilic.
