ArmInfo. The Constitution of Armenia does not contain the problems that they like to talk in Azerbaijan, as stated by Minister of Justice of Armenia Srbuhi Galyan during a briefing on September 11. "And in fact, this is true," the head of the Ministry of Justice emphasized.
When asked by journalists whether the Constitution of Azerbaijan contains problems, as certain experts say, she noted that if we consider everything in a mirror image, then we can say that "they have the same problems as we do". However, she asked not to link the change in the Constitution of Armenia with Azerbaijan's demands, as this does not correspond to reality.
In response to a journalist's remark that Azerbaijan had stated it was not willing to sign a peace treaty unless the Constitution was amended, she clarified that in any case, a preliminary signing of the peace treaty had taken place. She referred to numerous statements by officials that peace had been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"And changing the Constitution is an internal affair, the affair of our people, and does not concern any other person, supranational body or state," she concluded.
