ArmInfo. A potential buyer of Electric Networks of Armenia may face serious legal consequences in the future, as stated by former acting deputy executive director of ENA, David Ghazinyan, at a press conference on August 27.
"A potential buyer of ESA must calculate many risks, and if all risks are assessed, there will be no buyer," Ghazinyan said. According to him, in addition to the moral side of the issue, there is a legal aspect. Even a bona fide buyer may face very serious legal consequences, he notes. "I believe that after the change of power this will become a very serious criminal case: they will testify against each other about who called whom, who headed the Commission (PSRC - ed.)," David Ghazinyan noted.
