
ArmInfo. Former acting deputy executive director of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (ENA), director of the sales department David Kazinyan filed a new lawsuit against Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (ENA). This was reported on the Datalex judicial information portal.
According to the information, the claim was filed on July 18.
As part of the claim, Kazinyan demands that ENA be obliged to submit for state registration the amendments made to the Charter of ENA CJSC dated July 14, 2025, reinstate him as acting director, and determine the boundaries of authority between the person acting as acting head of the executive body of ENA and the interim manager.
Earlier, in a lawsuit filed on July 25, Kazinyan demanded that order No. K-550-A dated July 21, 2025 of ENA CJSC be declared invalid and that he be reinstated in his previous position.
Recall that on July 18, by the decision of the head of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), Romanos Petrosyan was appointed as the temporary manager of ESA within the framework of administrative proceedings and the application of preventive measures against Elseti. Petrosyan's appointment took place against the backdrop of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statements about the possible nationalization of Electric Networks of Armenia, which belongs to the Tashir Group of Companies.

In 2015, the Russian company Inter RAO UES decided to sell its electric power assets in Armenia, including ESA. The buyer was Liormand Holdings Limited, which acquired 30% of the shares of Electric Networks of Armenia, and the remaining 70% of the shares were bought out by Tashir Capital.
