


ArmInfo. The head of the Tashir Group of Companies Samvel Karapetyan has filed a new, third lawsuit against blogger Roman Baghdasaryan. This became known from the judicial information system Datalex.
The lawsuit was filed on August 15. Karapetyan asks the court to oblige Baghdasaryan to publicly apologize to Samvel Karapetyan and collect 3 million drams from him as compensation for the insult, as well as to collect from the blogger the amount of legal costs in favor of Samvel Karapetyan, consisting of a state fee and reasonable attorney fees.
Before this, Karapetyan filed two more lawsuits against Baghdasaryan. As part of the lawsuit dated July 8, the plaintiff demands that the defendant publicly refute the information posted on the latter's official page on June 18, 2025, collect 6 million drams in compensation for slander, as well as the amount of legal costs, consisting of a state fee and reasonable attorney fees.
