ArmInfo. The company A.V. Partners expressed a desire to donate the company's motor transport property to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia for the total amount of 1 million 562 thousand Armenian drams for use in the interests of the Armed Forces. The draft resolution on the acceptance of the donated property and its assignment to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on August 14.
As stated in the explanatory note to the document, the adoption of the draft resolution is due to the need to accept and assign to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia the UAZ 316300, VAZ 315195 and VAZ 2121 motor vehicles donated to the Republic of Armenia by LLC.
"The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia considers it appropriate to accept the said property>, the document says.
According to the state register of legal entities of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia, the LLC was registered on February 10, 2017. The real beneficiary is Andranik Minasyan. According to open sources, in 2022, through a purchase from one person, the Constitutional Court purchased from the company. No other data could be found in the public domain.
