Vartan Oskanian on events in Washington: This is a diplomatic  disgrace

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan, having received an unconditional promise from Armenia not to deviate from the agreements reached, consent to the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk  Group and an unimpeded corridor through the territory of Armenia, did  not sign the peace treaty.  According to former Minister of Foreign  Affairs of Armenia Vartan Oskanian, this indicates that Azerbaijan  still has expectations and demands from Armenia. Specifically,   Azerbaijan is seeking changes to the Constitution of the Republic of  Armenia, the so-called return of 350,000 Azerbaijanis and resolution  of territorial issues.

In a recorded video address, Oskanian called it unconstitutional and  unprecedented  that Armenia is transferring a strategic part of its  country to the control of another country. ,  he said. Oskanian described the event  as a  diplomatic disgrace, noting that it takes a special talent to lead  things to such a failure.
