German ambassador to Armenia visits Shirak region

ArmInfo. German Ambassador to  Armenia Claudia Busch visited the Shirak region.

As reported in the publication of the German Embassy in Armenia on  Facebook, in Gyumri, Bush was received by His Grace Archbishop Gevorg  Noratunkyan, who spoke about the activities of the Armenian Catholic  Church and the life of communities in Armenia.

The charitable social organization, "Armenian Caritas", founded and  headed by the Armenian Catholic Church, presented to the ambassador  programs implemented with the support of Germany for single mothers,  refugees and border communities.

"The head of the Asparez journalist club, Levon Barseghyan, spoke  about the current problems of civil society in the second largest  city. The day ended with a visit to a fish farm that has achieved  impressive success, where they are already brewing beer. We express  our sincere gratitude to the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic  of Germany, Aleksan Ter-Minasyan, and the residents of Gyumri for  their special hospitality," the embassy said in a statement.
