ArmInfo. The Tashir Foundation, founded by businessman and president of the Tashir Group of Companies Samvel Karapetyan,, has filed a lawsuit against the Yerevan Municipality, as reported by the Datalex judicial and legal information portal.
According to the source, the foundation is demanding that the court declare the removal of posters featuring Samvel Karapetyan's image by city hall employees on July 1 at the Dalma Garden Mall as unlawful. Note that the Tashir Foundation, engaged in charitable and sponsorship activities, was established in 2000 at the initiative of Samvel Karapetyan.
