Lawyer: Stepanakert Mayor  being tried for not leaving state property  to the enemy

ArmInfo. Stepanakert Mayor David Sargsyan is being tried for not leaving state property to the  enemy. Lawyer Roma Yeritsyan wrote  on his Facebook page.

"Today, a court hearing took place regarding the case of Stepanakert  Mayor David Sargsyan. Let us recall that he is accused of not handing  over several cars to the enemy, but transporting them to Armenia and  handing them over to the people who have facilitated their  transportation.  According to the prosecutor's office, Sargsyan's  actions have resulted in significant damage to the state and public  interests," the lawyer noted.
