Draft law proposing buyout of military service fails to pass

ArmInfo. After nearly three hours of discussions in the RA NA Defense and Security Committee, the draft law proposing a buyout of service in the country's armed forces  didn't pass, as stated to journalists by Andranik Kocharyan, head of  the Committee. According to him, 4 parliamentarians voted for the  Committee's positive conclusion, 5 opposed it, and one abstained.  Thus, Kocharyan emphasized, the document did not receive approval  from the Committee.
