U.S. claims non-involvement in Israeli strikes on Iran 

ArmInfo. The American side has declared its non-involvement in Israel's strikes on Iran and is set to continue negotiations with Tehran. This was written on his  Facebook page by US expert Suren Sargsyan.

"The US Secretary of State and National Security Advisor published a  rather interesting message, according to which Israel has carried out  unilateral actions against Iran. We are not involved in the strikes  on Iran, and our top priority is to protect American forces deployed  in the region. Israel has informed us that it considers these actions  necessary for its self-defense. President Trump and the  administration have taken all necessary steps to ensure the  protection of our forces and remain in close contact with our  regional partners. Iran has no right to target US interests and  personnel," Sargsyan quoted an excerpt from the message of the US  Secretary of State and National Security Advisor.

The expert believes that this position could become a stabilizing  factor on the eve of a global catastrophe.  Against this background,  he draws attention to the military exercises conducted by Turkey and  Azerbaijan right next door to Armenia.

On the night of June 12-13, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched  a large-scale operation called "Rising Lion", in which the Air Force  struck military targets and sites of Iran's nuclear program. Israeli  authorities said that the operation was aimed at "preventing an  existential threat to the Jewish state, since, according to Israeli  military and intelligence, Iran has approached the "point of no  return" in creating nuclear weapons in a short time." The Israeli Air  Force carried out several waves of attacks in various parts of Iran,  including Tehran, where several senior Iranian military officials and  nuclear scientists were killed. In particular, the Natanz nuclear  facility and the Iranian military base in the northwest of the  country were hit.

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei called Israel's strikes  on Iran a crime in his message to the country's citizens. He said  that Israel would face a "bitter and terrible fate". Today it became  known that Iran launched about 100 attack drones into Israeli  territory.
