ArmInfo. Currently, there is a gradual process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made this statement, while answering journalists' questions on board the plane upon returning from Azerbaijan, Anadolu reports.
"When peace is established and relations are normalized, we will see that our countries will benefit from this," the politician said. Erdogan added that Turkey expects Iran to support the steps regarding the so- called "Zangezur Corridor", which will contribute to regional peace, stability and development.
Regarding relations with Azerbaijan, the Turkish President noted that Ankara and Baku are collaborating in many areas, with defense, energy, agriculture and livestock being considered strategic areas of interaction.
