US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights,  and Labor in Yerevan

ArmInfo.  US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor Jacob McGee  is in Yerevan.

As reported by the US Embassy in Armenia, the American official took  part in the second international conference "Yerevan Dialogue"  organized by the country's Foreign Ministry as part of his visit to  Yerevan.

"The conference is an important platform for addressing common issues  and reaffirming commitment to deepening cooperation. Deputy Assistant  Secretary McGee spoke at a discussion on religious freedom," the  diplomatic mission added.

We will add that the day before, McGee visited the Tsitsernakaberd  memorial complex and paid tribute to the memory of the holy martyrs  of the Armenian Genocide.
